[access-uk] MS installer cleanup utility

Just downloaded the MS uninstaller cleanup utility, and read much of
the KB article.
 with the MS installer.  Wonder how many programs don't use the MS
installer, but some other third party or proprietory program.  Presume
the clean uninstaller won't work in those instances.
