Hi Steve,

Many of your dislikes have either been fixed in the release or would seem to
be screen reader specific.  I can't replicate any of your focus issues, your
attachment issues, or some of the keytip issues.

I'll reply in more depth later, but depending on which beta you are using it
may well be that many of your issues were ironed out later in the
development cycle.
