So, what quality files do you get from Amazon? -- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxOn Sunday, January 25, 2009 11:52 AM (UK time), Pele West at pele.west@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx said:
Hi Carol I have tried downloading from Play.com. Unfortunately, sometimes the tracks will not download. Customer Services told me that they have had problems with some tracks. I use amazon now for MP3 files. It is great once you have installed the downloader. It creates a folder in My Music called Amazon MP3 where the tracks are put and added to the Windows Media Player queue. I always move them to my own folder structure with no ill effects.
