[access-uk] Re: MP3 Fiesta

Hi David

Before I try MP3 Fiesta, can you tell me if you have to put money into your 
account before you buy albums, or is there a way of paying as you go.  I do not 
like 
the sites where you have to pay first.

I think you have to have the bitrate you are given when you download the files. 
 You can then use software to change it.

I would be interested to know what other people say.
