What are you asking? Does your phone produce numbers instead of capital letters? If that's the case, you need to press the hash (#) key *before* the letter(s), then press hash (#) again before the next letter, which will be a lowercase letter. Hope this helps.

maybe it is that they differ because of the position of the cursor on a
