[access-uk] Re: Low cost screenreaders and text-to-speech software

Hi, thanks everyone for your suggestions. I may feed my old computer some extra
memory for now after all. The Connect Outloud option does seem reasonable
especially as it has got the Euro languages.
I do not have the authorisation information for my current 5.0 version of Jaws
at home because my work has got this. Before that I bought Jaws 3.2 myself
which is no use anymore so I may try and persuade my work to buy some new
upgrades but this is a very slow process. If this does not work out then I will
look into some of the other suggestions you have all made.
Thanks again.
Yvette

Sorry Yvette and all. I stand corrected. Didn't check my facts before
posting! I meant Lunar Plus, the magnifier with added on speech output.

Graham, thanks for your input. So then the added on speech feedback from
Lunar Plus isn't enough to read your mail, brows the net and create
documents? I should perhaps download the Lunar Plus trial version...

Cheers,
Amro
