If your girlfriend has direct payments to pay for any support in the home i.e. indepndent living then you can probably use some of that money if she has any spare, and some councils have disabled adaptations grants and various schemes of similar names, so in the first instance speak to your council as they will likely fund it in some form or other.

Subject: [access-uk] Looking for information regarding funding for a screen reader

Hi all,

Do any of you know where to start looking for funding for JFW11 64bit? My
girlfriend just got a new PC that has 64bit Win 7 Home Premium on it. She
has an old copy of JFW on an XP box that's dying.

Cheers,
Barry.
