I now know that this is the way to go. CSub means centre subwoofer. So this is the socket I assume you will plug into. My speakers are very small with a switch on the one speaker that powers them. These speakers plug into the subwoofer that then plugs into the sound card, presumably in the CSub socket. This will mean that you have control over bass and trebble which is what I do.I am sorry that you have had so much trouble with PC World. If you tell them when and where you purchased the speakers from, if they have the serial number, surely they can find out if you did purchase them?Hope it all works out for you.
