Lloyds TSB on line bankingUntil the beginning of this year when she retired Pam 
worked for Lloyd's TSB. I showed her your post and she was surprised. She went 
on-line with her own account and never experienced what you did. She typed in 
the usual log-in details and password. This gave her access to her accounts in 
the usual way.

We are wondering if you may be the victim of a scam and recommend you contact 
your branch immediately for reassurance.

  I see that Lloyds TSB have changed the security system on their on line 
banking.  They now ring you and you have to put in a 4 digit number into the 
phone before you continue your transaction.

  How have other Lloyds TSB users overcome this problem when they have no 
sighted person around to help?
