Lloyds TSB on line banking
It's no scam. I did testing for this end of last year and it came in December.
The only time you'd really get a call is if you forget your username and
password. It gives you the chance to choose which phone number you want them to
ring, then an automated system calls you and asks for the digits on screen. It
works very well and in six months I've not been called.

Until the beginning of this year when she retired Pam worked for Lloyd's TSB. I
showed her your post and she was surprised. She went on-line with her own
account and never experienced what you did. She typed in the usual log-in
details and password. This gave her access to her accounts in the usual way.

We are wondering if you may be the victim of a scam and recommend you contact
your branch immediately for reassurance.

  Hi

I see that Lloyds TSB have changed the security system on their on line
banking. They now ring you and you have to put in a 4 digit number into the
phone before you continue your transaction.

How have other Lloyds TSB users overcome this problem when they have no
sighted person around to help?

  Thanks

  Debbie
