Lloyds TSB on line bankingWhen you say transaction, do you mean bill payments 
and such.

If that is the case then I have successfully done it without help over the 
weekend.

I didn't have to do what you describe.

  I see that Lloyds TSB have changed the security system on their on line 
banking.  They now ring you and you have to put in a 4 digit number into the 
phone before you continue your transaction.

  How have other Lloyds TSB users overcome this problem when they have no 
sighted person around to help?
