  Just go into your local Lloyds branch, explain to them what you want to do 
and they will do everything for you, transfer all your direct debits etc over, 
notify you how things are going either in print, Braille, tape etc and notify 
you when it is all done and there is no charge.

    I use Lloyds TSB and the on line banking is really easy with JAWS and the 
webb site is really accessible.
    I changed from Barclays to Lloyds I n March and am very happy
