[access-uk] Last FM via SpeakOn and Spotify

HI there.
Can anyone tell me if you can access the basic Last FM service
accessibly using SpeakOn, or do you need to pay a subscription to Last
FM in order to be able to use it?
And I'm still struggling with Spotify. Using a jaws cursor I can get by
for a while but I can't make the scripts work. I get some spanish
language and focus but either it doesn't work or it's not worth
installing ... I haven't worked that out yet.
