[access-uk] Re: Laptops with Floppy Disk Drives

Hi Brian

Thanks for that information. I have JAWS 5.0, so just a little bit before
the new authorisation system came out, I guess.

Hi

Just for accuracy, the jaws Internet Licence Manager authorisation scheme
appeared at the JAWS 5.10 cycle. However, alongside that, there was a
Quella-based floppy disk release for people who still wanted to use it.

USB floppy disk drives are capable of transferring the authorisation should
you still have an older JAWS version. However, don't forget to disable
anti-virus software first prior to installing.
