[access-uk] Labels Printer?

Hi, Folks,
Am I right in thinking that one can buy a printer for labels? I've never seen 
one and am wondering if I could get one that is screen reader friendly.

To show how unknowledgeable I am, would it connect to the PC, or be a stand 
alone item?
