There's a Kindle for PC app?
Has anyone used it yet?
I'm getting quite excited here so no one had better let me down on this
or it'll ruin my weekend.

Try a prog called stanza, sorry haven't a url to hand but google should
find it, , stanza can open and export to many other formats such as pdf
or plain text.
