[access-uk] Keyboard Problem

Hi All
My wife is having problems with her laptop keyboard is that some keys are
showing the wrong values For example on the middle line A through to H is
just fine but the last three show as numeric 1,2 and 3. My immediate
reaction was it was a regional/language options problem but unfortunately
not so easily solved. Any help would be gratefully received.
