What a terrible shame, I thought Kay was brill and very positive. I met her
several times, and she arranged for me to meet Jeff Stelling and the Soccer
Saturday team too. What a terrible pity that she isn't there and, as you say,
someone taking up space and probably getting a fat pay cheque for the privilege
as well.

No, Kay's no longer there, and I do miss her presence on the Sky disability
list.
Most times she'd try to get back to you with an answer to a query, or at the
very least she would acknowledge the fact that you wanted to draw her attention
to something. I'm afraid to say that the lady who has taken over from Kay Allen
is noticeable only by her absence. I think she introduced herself to the list
on taking over the position about 18 months ago and since then I can't honestly
remember her ever responding to one question or point raised! I'm sure Kay
would be very disappointed to see the good work she had tried to do being
totally eradicated by this seat filler!
Ahhh, for the good old days, when someone at least gave the impression they
cared!

Does anybody know if Kay Allen is still part of the Sky disability team?
I've always dealt with her in the past when passing on information, or when
writing the odd article for Sky. But the last time I Emailed her about
updating the channel listing, I never got a reply which is most unlike her.

Couldn't agree more! I've just looked at the site and it is ridiculous!
I've rang today myself and made some comments which the woman at the Disability
helpline said she'd pass onto her managers.
We have to collectively stand up to this with as many people as possible
actually contacting them and making their feelings known.

As Steve has said, we really should take 10 minutes out of our day to
contact them through their feedback form to let them know how disappointed we
are in this latest incarnation of the site.
I dropped them a line or two last night to express my views, and I now
