I bought my keynote in 1998 and already in 2001 or 2002 when I
contacted Humanware about a 32bit driver at the time, I was just told
that the old line of Keynote Gold synthesizers was no longer being supported.
I am not even sure if the old dos drivers for the keynote are
available for download from Pulsedata/Humanware's site anymore.
Should you need those, Carol, I'd be happy to send you a copy from my
Packrat archive. <g>

No, but the person to whom I'm selling said they couldn't help him . . . so not much point in my trying.

Hi Carol,
Have you tried asking Humanware (Formerly Pulse Data)?
George.

Doris,
I thought it was flashable in the old days of DOS, but perhaps even I have it wrong . . .. (It may be the Dectalk I was thinking about.)
I want it to work with the Jaws 7 drivers but didn't get it to do so.
Any help most welcome. I seem to be going round and round in no end circles with this one!
Thanks, anyway, Doris for all you could tell me.

A Keynote SA should work under windows. If you want to haveit work underwin NT (nt/2k/xp) you need to donwload the appropriate32bit driver fromthe humanware/Pulsedata website. it can be found somewherein theBraillenote support download section, the page where allthe firmwarethere having beenupgrade for the BN's can be downloaded from.
I have had my Keynote SA since 1998 and am not aware ofany firmware upgrades for it during that time. IN fact, Inever heard thatthese upgrades forthe Keynote's chip was flashable.
