I don't know if this will help, but is your Windows set to classic view? I
had problems installing my Kerzweil V6 until I changed to classic.

I've just had K1000 V7 re-registered on my machine as part of the BBC
network set up here at work. When I've tried to configure it, for
example changing the system voice, I find that most of the options are
missing. The only voice available appears to be Microsoft Sven which is
unlistenable to. The same THING APPLES IN THE READING VOICE DIALOGUE
BOX. I also note that there doesn't seem to be an optimise scan option
in the scanning drop down. Can anyone help please?
