Have you tried pressing Windows Key+R to open the Run Dialogue, and then typing
"JAWS62/default" and pressing enter? If this doesn't work, press Windows +U,
and this should start Utility Manager and Narrator. Send another message when
you get this far and I'll try to talk you through modifying the jCF file.
