Hi Eleanor,
Just copy the error message. It could be that you don't have anymore
activations left, or that JAWS does not like your OS. The reason you need
to reactivate is because the memory is a system hardware component. If you
change it, you need to reactivate JAWS, and any other app that relies on
such a foolish activation system.

I am connected to the Internet and it seems to be that Freedom Scientific
do not like the number when they receive it. If you felt you could help
to resolve this then I could go through the process again to tell you the
error but it is from Freedom Scientific.

HI Eleanor.
Are you connected to the internet? Do you have a firewall on your system
preventing outbound connections? What exactly is the error message.

I had this working fine on the NC10 but then I upgraded the memory and
now I have to reactivate it. Unfortunately I do not have the CD with me
at present but I have the 20 digit number. When I try to enter it, I am
getting an error message. I think someone was asking about this some
weeks back. I can get my CD in 2 weeks time but if I could get on with
the activation code then I would be happy.
Eleanor
