Andrew, not the ideal person to answer this, but a good guess would be
Jaws 9 will be out before Christmas.  Few days ago Blind
Confidential Blogg reported its still in beta.

Interesting blogg too, considering the guy was employed by FS;
wa"was" being the operative word!
