I think the problem is in interpretation. Instead of calling it 'insert' key
it should be JAWS key, i.e. Windows key + JAWS key + x. At least that is the
combination that works for me.

I came across a couple of commands where the insert key doesn't work. I
can't recall them now but they were ones which I rarely use and I'd guess
they are infrequently used generally. It strikes me as odd to.

I was confused too when I first learned this keystroke to why it was not
working! It took some head scratching until I figured out what I was doing
wrong.

        I use the laptop keyboard layout. I've to press Caps-lock+the right
Windows-key+X for the command to work. Any other key combinations don't
