[access-uk] JavaScript

I am trying to download something from SendSpace I was able to do so
yesterday but now am getting a message telling me my browser does not
support JavaScript or Javascript is disabled.
I am currently using Window-Eyes and experimenting might I have pressed =
some
combination to disable it?  I also have access to Jaws anybody help?
