Might be worthwhile going to the Freedom Scientific website and downloading
the file and installing it from the HDD rather than using the internet
updater?

I am updating the JFW 13 standard version.... It is downloading the patch
but is having trouble installing it. Any thoughts? It is a Dell x64 i7
laptop running Win 7 Home.
