So, nothing I can do about it then? If there is anything I can do, let me
know.

Hi Barry,

The "bounce@" is another issue altogether, related to the
Encartis list software. It's not peculiar to tiscali.

This problem is specific to messages coming from the three
domains I mentioned in my message. All essentially BT.

Thanks for the offer though.

George.

Hi George

I have noticed that when I send a message to the Jaws list,
my name is shown as bounce@xxxxxxx so I presume the same is
happening with my provider, Tiscali. I would like to help
but I am not sure how I can. Would an email to customer
support like this be alright:

A moderator for the list jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx has reported
that messages from Tiscali are bouncing for no apparent
reason. I have not subscribed to the tiscali filter and
would therefore like to know why my messages are being
bounced.

Yours....

Barry

Hi all,

I know many of you are on the JAWS-UK list, so if you are
with btinternet, btopenworld or yahoo, please read on.

I am loosing patience with above domains who are
continually, and seemingly mostly at weekends, bouncing
mostly JAWS-UK mail, claiming there is something wrong with
the content of the messages.

And it is not just Freelists and JAWS-UK these domains are
causing problems with. I am also discovering that some mail
sent to us at the office, is failing to reach us. It has
become so bad, that I have actually spent the £190 plus VAT
to raise a support incident with Microsoft. And even
Microsoft are baffled as to what is going on.

If anyone has any good contacts at btinternet, etc., and
would like to try and take up the issue, I'd be extremely
grateful for any help.
