Hi Andy:

Jaws usually asks for activations if a significant change to hardware has
happened, as it changes the pc's locking code, which the authorisation uses
to register the pc. . Maybe your software has done this too. So in affect,
yes you've lost one life, but as Steve says, go to:

www.fsactivate.com

And enter in your cereal number and find how many auths you have left, then
install another one by using your new auth disc as you say you have three
authorisations, so I guess you are using ILM. If you do not have your
authorisation number, email fs, or talk to your local dealer, who should
be able to reset you there and then. Hth -----Original Message-----

Hi Eleanor,

So long as Supernova is on the same machine, you can activate it as many
times as you like I believe. It is not so with JAWS. Once you have hit the
magic five number I believe, you have to get a code reset. This is simple
though. To do this, go to http://www.fsactivate.com and enter your JAWS
serial number, and follow the prompts.

All the best

Steve

Hopefuly it will be the same with you but you might as well wait for someone

else's comment.
