Thank you very much Steve. That is very helpful indeed. Now myself and Shane have a problem with Jaws in that it says it is not a valid Win32 so how can you help us out with this please?

Hi Eleanor,

So long as Supernova is on the same machine, you can activate it as many
times as you like I believe. It is not so with JAWS. Once you have hit the 
magic five number I believe, you have to get a code reset.  This is simple
though.  To do this, go to http://www.fsactivate.com and enter your JAWS
serial number, and follow the prompts.

Hi all.

My new HP computer offered me an update today, so I accepted it and it
installed automatically. However after re-boot, JAWS is now asking for my 


Activation number.  Anyone know why this is happening and have I now lost
one of my three lives?  Any advice would be very welcome.
