More likely yes you've lost your 3 lives lol, but you can tell FS to reset
the number of keys by following the instructions at www.fsactivate.com. Hope
this helps.

Subject: [access-uk] JAWS activation problem
Hi all.
My new HP computer offered me an update today, so I accepted it and it
installed automatically. However after re-boot, JAWS is now asking for my
Activation number. Anyone know why this is happening and have I now lost
one of my three lives? Any advice would be very welcome.
Very best wishes.
Andy.
