This is actually a JAWS upgrade for Hannah but in the past a charity bought 
it for her but now she's using her own money to get it.

Oh yes, I think so.  I think one pays for the lisence as in my case Jaws 9
plus the additional £45 for the dongle.  Again the upgrade price was paid
for upgrade to Jaws 10 but this is where I am unclear myself if further
money had to be paid, I suspect not but in Hannah's case it is a first
purchase so I would expect she will have to pay for both. the experts will 
tell us though.

I know that changing a license from ILM to dongle is £45, but am not sure
if
that's a separate thing or what. In other words, if you ordered the
upgrade
I'm not sure if you're then charged for the dongle license at the time of
