By the way. What programs of office do you mean and use? Because not all
microsoft office applications are equaly accessible. Jaws support for MS access
for example is werse with each new version. Don't know about the new jaws12. I
mean in newer jaws versions you need to use more jaws cursoring around to do
some things.

Yes, I've been using jaws 11 with windows 7 and office 2010. Jaws 11 supports
office 2007 better than jaws 10 does. Office 2010 is usable with jaws 11, but
jaws 12 is better. Unfortunately I haven't tryed it with jaws 12. But from what
I heard it has better support for office 2010.

Jaws 11, windows7 and office 2007 work together. Office 2010 is better with
jaws12 they say.

There's the Oratio from Humanware. See
http://www.humanware.com/en-usa/products/blindness/oratio_for_blackberry_smartphones/_details/id_131/oratio_for_blackberry_smartphones.html
and here's a review of it

I've never tried it myself so don't quote me!
