Sharon, With window eyes I've found reloading the Browse mode buffer gives me access to the page of results. I don't know how you do that with Jaws, but thought I'd mention it just encase it helped. Also, redrawing the screen also works.

As other people have said, its far easier from the portable device, in my case an IPhone.

I’ve tried turning off virtual cursor, but still no good.

I’ll keep fiddling around and see what I can find out, and many thanks.

I’m sure yu can. It’s a long time since I’ve done it and I remember it being a bit of a pain. In the meantime, you might be able to get some feedback by switching off the virtual cursor with the JAWS key+z and pressing the tab key. Alternatively, You could use Amazon for browsing and downloading music. This of course doesn’t help with the other facilities of the iStore. There was an itunes update today. You never know, taking that might fix things again.

I am, it updated a few days ago.

I now seem to get nothing at all, but when my daughter helped me, before the update, I was able to get something, smiles. Can you reverse an update in itunes.

If you are running the latest version of iTunes, I think therein may lie your difficulty.

Hi Sharon

Are you a JAWS user? If so, what version of JAWS are you using? I have to say I find Amazon a much easier browse than iTunes.

Hi,

Could someone kindly give me some help with the itunes store. I’m trying to use it through itunes, but am getting nowhere. I would just like to be able to browse and buy things, but have no idea where to start.

I press f6 on the store icon, but nothing happens, I have managed to get a search box up, but after entering in text, again nothing happens.

Any help much appreciated.

Sharon
