I never thought  until you  mentioned issue about account number!

No,  I don't have account number!!!!!
I guess the  idea was  for  a link  to be clicked!

Oh right, did you have an account number? I'm pretty sure with my current BT

broadband I have a username but not an account number. On the other hand I 
have an account number with BT for the phone line.
