This may be a daft question, but what do they mean by plus 1 hour. Could it be that it is running 1 hour behind the normal schedule?

316 is Film4 +1 hour.  Film4 is on 315.

hi andy. when i used to be a sky subscriber until recently film four was
free to air. the channel numbers i think are 315 and 316 around there.

I have a basic SKY package and pay £25 a month for Multiroom. I do not
subscribe to any of the movie channels as yet because of the cost. Can
anyone advise me of the channel number for Film 4 or tell me if I need to
