  The IPOD shuffle is accessable - it comes in either a 512Mb or 1Gb version.  
However, the ITunes software is less than friendly.

  There is an alternative program available from redchairsoftware.com which 
might be better as it works like other windoes-based MP3 players.  You'll have 
to check there site to see when they release shuffle support though.  At 
present, I don't think they do.
