Hi Madleen.

If you have a memory card in your Nokia, the easiest thing to do is to 
backup your contacts to the card, connect your phone to the PC or put
your 
card in a memory card reader and copy the VCF files (Virtual Card Files)

over to your PC, then launch outlook and import them.  I do believe you
can 
import multiple VCF files in one go, but since I've only just upgraded
to 
Outlook 2010 prior to switching over to Windows Live email services, I'm
a 
little green as to exactly what Outlook can do as regards importing and 
managing contacts.
