[access-uk] I-phone 4 Voice over stopped working

Hi all

Ok, got my 'Getting started with the I-phone' daisy book, and I was rocking
and rolling.  I turned off last night but when I turned it back on this
morning there was no voice over.  I took it to Carphone Warehouse and they
told me that it is showing as being on.  I've done a restore using I-tunes,
then tried turning voice over on using I-tunes, but still nothing.  Is it
faulty software?
