Hi Debbie, I am using an IPhone 3GS which is essentially an IPhone 4 without the increase in battery life, the extra cameras and the other bells and whistles. The IPhone is perfectly accessible, although typing takes a bit of getting used to and some time when sending messages. You can buy an external Bluetooth keyboard though.
