Subject: Invitation: A2i Transcription Services User Group

Dear Wendy,
I am contacting you to invite you to become a member of A2i's user group of
visually impaired people.

A2i provides "Access 2 information" for everyone. We transcribe text to
alternative formats, to enable visually impaired people to have equal access
to
information.

In order to make sure the people who read and listen to our work receive a
good service, we would like to set up a user group. This user group would
give
us regular and structured feedback on our services and help us make sure our
transcription procedures reflect readers'/listeners' needs. This user group
would:

· feedback any comments or suggestions about our work in
general

· comment on specific formats and transcription styles

· be consulted on new services a2i offers, such as Daisy
and foreign language formats.

· receive special member promotions

We appreciate that people are busy and as such, intend to contact our user
group once every two months via email although we are of course happy to
contact
you in any other format if needed, just let us know.

If you are interested, or if you know of anyone who might be, please get in
touch.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kindest regards,

Katy
