Sounds like you have switched into full screen mode.  Press F11, and I think
that will bring them back.

Hi there,

I am a new memnber and would like to know if anyone knows how to get the
drop down menus, file,edit, view etc to appear while using the internet.  I
currently use Jaws 8 with internet explorer and have never had thiss problem
before with laptop.  It is only when on internet that I cannot access the
menu's, I can only use the right hand side windows key to get any actions.
I use a Toshiba laptop.  Any help would be gratefully accepted as it has
baffled me for some time.
