You probably right, Martin. I'll just keep installing to memory card, that
seems to be the wiser choice.

Cheers,
Amro

  HI Amro:

i take the hit on the reboot time unless the ap needs spacifically to go on
the phone itself. memory full is such a pestilance of a message.

Right, I've always installed applications on the memory card rather than on
the phone's internal memory so not to affect the phone's performance. And I'm
just wandering, is this a good practice or I'm just being old fashioned and it
actually doesn't make any different any more as all newer phones come with
large internal memory these days?

If I'm honest, I noticed that installing apps on the memory card slows down
the phones restart. The phone sort of reinstall applications on its internal
memory from the memory card with every reboot and that makes restarting the
phone slower.

So does anyone have a definitive answer to what I'm ranting about here?!! :-)

  Cheers,
  Amro
