[access-uk] Installing Latest Version of Talks

Hi All, 

I am going to attempt to install the latest version of Talks on my phone
but have a quick query before I start.  Do I needed sighted assistance
to do this?  In the installation instructions I've read, you're told to
turn Talks off before installing an update, I presume this means no
speech during installation?  I have Talks version 2 (the one before the
present one anyway), on my phone at the moment and would be grateful for
any pointers before going ahead with this.
