Not in the main text to speech dialogue. However, if you run C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl then Espeak will show up.

Yes, I have installed Espeak in Windows 7 64 bit. Espeak is a 32-bit application so its only available with 32-bit applications. I'm using it with NVDA and Balabolka. Espeak is not working with Narrator.
