[access-uk] Including message in reply

On another list a member has replied to a message but not included that message in her reply. She has forgotten what she was replying to and it makes no sense.

Someone else has suggested that there is a facility to only include the last message and not all messages on their reply. We cannot find this and I personally doubt it exists. Could anyone comment please
