Totally!

I'm really interested in the fact that quite a few academic books also
provide a PDF version of their book on CD, slipped under the back cover.
Maybe novels could have this too? Or a nicer format even? A locked
Word File?

A good idea might be to carry on buying books. Only see if there is a
scan once you get home. If there's a scan, get it and read it.

Then either keep the scan and the book or delete the scan and sell the
book on ebay. once again, book sharing isn't about getting free books,
it's about getting access to the same books sighted people have.
Sighted people, on the whole, pay for books, so should we.

Can I interest you in a copy of Spycatcher?

Please keep offers of illegal copying and such like off his list.

What you do privately is your own matter, but piracy and illegal copying
