Hi Ian, Thanks, I tried the site but unfortunately the program wasn't available on the STV site. I used the contact us link on the ITV site and was able to send a message to the ITV player support people. I explained that it wasn't exactly inclusive to restrict visually handicapped people only to viewing content suitable for children and that there appeared to be some incorect coding around the adult content control buttons. I will wait and see what happens, sofar I have only had an automated response butthats to be expected. Iain From: Gary Robinson Sent: Friday, March 30, 2012 9:54 PM To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] ITV player - parental control buttons not working with jaws Hi, I am trying to watch programmes on the ITV player which have an adult content and require the "I am over 18 allow all adult material" button to be pressed etc. The button doesn't appear to work using Jaws 11,or 13, I've tried it on my XP pc and on my new Windows 7 pc. Has anyone come across a solution to this problem, apart from getting a sighted person to click on the button with the mouse. If I try to use the jaws cursor I can't find the line containing the button, the screen only shows the "you must select a button to continue" text, i presume jaws is not finding the relevant part of the web page in jaws cursor mode. Is there any way I can locate the control in jaws cursor mode using some kind of override command I presume it is being trapped in some kind of active pop up window. I can't believe I am the only person suffering from this very frustrating problem. any help gratefully received. Thanks Gary
