[access-uk] IOS5 gains and losses?

Hi all -

Before I upgrade my IPod to ios5, can anybody tell me the pros and cons of 
doing so? I understand there is only a male voice available for Voice Over, but 
what else will change please. I like it the way I have it, but would like the 
use of voice commands -
