Whilst I think you may still be able to get an XP Proffessional system
from someone like Dell I do not believe you will find them selling XP
Home on any machines at all. However if you are using Supernova that
should not be an issue at all. Thanks to George for that interesting
snippet of info about how long Windows XP will remain in the OEM
distribution channels, that seemed to me a grey no mans land up until
now. Of course today is the day that the last shrink wrapped XPs for
retail distribution finally stop being produced (almost at the same time
as Redmond say bye bye to Bill sort of).
Regards.

Hi George,
Thanks for this info.
My current laptop has XP SP3 installed, so I am OK at present, however,
in
light of what you have said in the message I am replying to, you may be
as
surprised as I was to be initially told that Dolphin were only selling
computers with Vista OS installed, and also that this seems to be
supported
by the info on their website, which shows all there available computers
as
being Dell machines with vista installed, when, based on what you've
said in
both the message I am replying to now, and past messages, I would have
thought I could obtain an machine with XP home installed.
