Hi Brian.Do you have an apple store near you? If you do, kindly get your ass off your seat and go visit them, they'll gladly show you how to use voice over. Else, this is a paid event organized by technology experts in a conference venue with workshops and a buffet lunch, and you wont get the kind of hands on experience and specialist knowledge from an apple store without paying for it or cueing up at the genius bar.
All the best, Ibrahim.----- Original Message ----- From: "the williams family" <therefuge@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Sighted people can go into any high street store and check out products for free. So if you are visually impaired you have to pay £45 or £50 to try out comercially available products, and with a representative from the company concerned present? Access to products and services legislation, am i misunderstanding something?Brian -------------------------------------------------- From: "Barry Toner" <barry@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, December 08, 2010 3:32 PM To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: [access-uk] Taste the Apples, 6th January 2011, LondonTaste the Apples, 6th January 2011, London.
